  	I Mary H. Daivs of the town of Wauwatosa, County of Milwaukee and State of Michigan of the age of 73 years, and being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare my last will and testament in manner following that is to say First: I will and direct, that the expenses of my funeral and all my first debts be fully paid out of my personal estate as soon as may be after my decease, and that a suitable stone be purchased and placed at my last resting place as soon as coursement after my death. Second: I give and bequeath to my son James Davis the sum of one dollar: to my daughter Mary Ann rogers of the State of Michigan one dollar. Third: I give devise and bequeath all my Esate both real and personal of what nature or kind soever to Pauline Davis wife of my son Stephen B. Davis Forth: I hereby nominate and appoint my son Stephen B. Davis executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness I have herewith sit my hand and seal this Eight day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and sixty four. Mary H. Davis
